I really enjoyed my stay at this place; the location was great and in a safe area, plus there's a nearby McDonald's for quick meals.

The staff and people were really helpful and very very helpful. The location was comfy, just off restaurants and Walmart/target, and the Twelve Oaks shopping mall and easily accessible. Greenmead Historical Village was 2 miles away.

Pro: I stayed at Extended Stay for work in Novi, MI. The wheelchair-accessible room had a wide bathroom with a shower and a chair. The room also had a kitchen, dining table, and excellent internet access. Despite heavy snow, I reached my workplace on time. The bed was good, there was ample hot water, and the refrigerator/freezer worked well. The room was generally clean, although the bedding needed improvement upon arrival. it was a decent hotel considering the affordable price.

The intetior was run down. Trim and doors were chipped and flooring was very dingey looking. When I checked the mattress for signs of bed bugs which I always do when I first arrive at a hotel room, there was a box of used condom's between the mattress and the box spring. If you want any type of room cleaning on a daily basis you have to pay extra for it. REALLY?!? $100 a night I would have expected at least the linens to be changed and garbage cans emptied. I don't think I will be staying at an extended stay anytime soon. Guess I will stick to Hampton Inn up the road.

The location here is great, very safe and close to a bunch of restaurants 🍔. Plus, you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Detroit and Michigan, so plenty of things to explore nearby.

In my big, new room here, I had a nice spot to eat, a desk for work, and even an iron. 😊 Having a bathtub in the private bathroom was a great bonus!

The room was super clean and even had a dresser and fresh towels ready to use. 🧼 Plus, it was cool that I could park my car right there. The hotel's location was pretty good, in a safe neighborhood.

We were surprised there were no vending machines for soft drinks and snacks. Also, no free ice machines.
